Ogden provides full-service management for Bridlewood Condominium Association.  They provide an Owner Portal, which is included in their services.  The Portal is where unit owners can access all Bridlewood documents, such as:

Harbor Homes Resouces

  • Have a question about how something works in your new Harbor home?

​New Home Maintenance video series includes 40 videos that will provide you with information on how to operate and care for the different products in and around your home.

  • How to Complete a Walk Thru

​Before you close on your new Harbor Home you will have the opportunity to go through the home, looking at all the features and taking note of any potential defects. This is what we call a walk through. This is an important part of the homebuilding experience and gets the home ready for closing. The Walk Thru video explains the process and what to expect.

  • Warranty Information

Warranty video includes information on your home warranty, product warranties, warranty appointments, emergency warrant, submitting a warranty claim, non-warranty items, and home maintenance.​

  • Navigating the Customer Portal

Anytime you have a warranty claim, we ask that you enter it into warranty through the Online Customer Portal. The customer portal is how we manage claims and schedule any of our building partners that may also be needed for a warranty appointment. Follow our step-by-step video on how to enter a claim, access important documents and warranty information, and how to use the message center.​
